The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Homer, LA, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits by providing access to supplemental foods rich in essential nutrients necessary for growth and development. We offer valuable nutrition education aimed at improving dietary practices and overall health, along with resources and encouragement for successful breastfeeding.
