Senior Program

Based in Homer, LA, the Senior Program is dedicated to supporting elderly individuals and those with disabilities by providing essential food assistance. Tailored for low-income seniors aged 65 and older, as well as those 55 and older with disabilities, our initiative ensures that vulnerable community members can stretch their food dollars through the provision of monthly boxes filled with nutritious non-perishable groceries. With a focus on meeting basic nutritional needs, the Senior Program stands as a compassionate resource for seniors who may struggle to access the food they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
