The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Haughton, LA, is dedicated to fostering healthy nutritional practices among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age. Our mission is to provide essential supplemental foods rich in vital nutrients that support growth and development, alongside comprehensive nutrition education aimed at enhancing dietary habits and health. We also offer robust support for breastfeeding mothers and facilitate referrals to other critical health services.
