Located in Harvey, LA, Jefferson Community Action Programs (JEFFCAP) operates Community Centers dedicated to uplifting families and enhancing the wellbeing of our neighborhoods. Our Food Distribution initiative is central to this mission, offering monthly food boxes filled with nutritious options to low-income individuals and families seeking essential food assistance.
