Grant Program

Based in Hammond, LA, the American Childrens Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to supporting families facing the challenges of childhood cancer. Through our grant program, we offer vital financial assistance to families whose child has cancer and to survivors within four years of remission. Our aim is to alleviate the financial burden associated with medical care and daily living expenses, which may include housing needs, utilities, food, medical treatments, prescriptions, transportation to medical appointments, lodging at distant facilities, and even funeral expenses when necessary. Each request for assistance is carefully considered based on available funds and individual circumstances, ensuring that we direct support where it’s most needed. We strive to provide compassionate help during difficult times, ensuring that families can focus on what truly matters—the health and well-being of their children.
