EF&S Program

The EF&S Program, operated by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, is dedicated to offering essential assistance to families in Hammond, LA, and West Feliciana Parish. Focused on alleviating food insecurity, housing stability, and utility burdens, our program provides crucial support in emergency food aid, rent assistance, and utility payments. We understand the urgent needs of our community, and our mission is to help families regain their footing during difficult times. While our primary services are concentrated in West Feliciana Parish, we also offer limited assistance in neighboring parishes, so we encourage local residents to reach out to their nearest office to learn more about the support available to them.
