Center for Diabetes

Located in Gretna, LA, the Center for Diabetes at Tulane Medical Center is a proud American Diabetes Association recognized program dedicated to providing comprehensive support for both pediatric and adult patients managing diabetes. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on education and care, ensuring patients receive the guidance they need whether they are hospitalized or attending outpatient appointments. We offer a range of essential services including individualized assessments, patient education, dietary planning, home management strategies, exercise support, and both group and individual counseling.
