We provide essential monthly food boxes filled with nutritious staples, including canned meats, vegetables, fruits, breakfast cereals, shelf-stable milk, and more, ensuring seniors have access to healthy food options. Our program goes beyond food assistance by offering nutrition education that equips participants with valuable information on meal preparation, budgeting, and maintaining a balanced diet. Each food box is designed to foster wellness and food security, helping seniors thrive by making informed choices about their nutrition.
