We offer free classes that cover everything from preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy to postpartum feeding techniques, pumping classes, and partner-focused sessions. Our goal is to ensure that every family has access to the knowledge and resources they need, including lactation consultations and assistance with breast pumping and formula feeding. Most insurance plans cover our services at no cost to beneficiaries, and we are happy to check your coverage. For those who are uninsured or whose plans may not include us, we provide essential baby feeding education at no charge.
