Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Gonzales, LA, is dedicated to fostering healthy growth and nutrition for low-income pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and their children from birth to five years old. Our program offers vital food assistance through supplemental foods rich in essential nutrients, alongside comprehensive nutrition education to help families adopt better dietary habits. We also provide valuable support for breastfeeding and connect participants with additional health services to ensure the well-being of mothers and children in our community.
