Emergency Assistance

Located in Gonzales, LA, the Salvation Army of Baton Rouge is committed to providing essential emergency assistance to individuals and families facing crisis situations. Our dedicated community service offices offer a range of support, including clothing and furniture vouchers for disaster victims, as well as rental and utility assistance, and help with prescription medications. We prioritize treating each client with dignity and respect, ensuring their confidentiality throughout the assistance process. While we strive to meet everyone's needs directly, we are also prepared to connect individuals with additional resources when necessary.
