MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Franklinton, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. With a strong commitment to serving our Veterans, we aim to screen every participant who visits VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options. Our program offers various services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to independently manage their journey. For Veterans needing additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring all other avenues.
