EF&S Program

The EF&S Program, operated by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, is dedicated to providing essential assistance to eligible families in Franklinton, LA, particularly focusing on food assistance, housing stability, and utility support within West Feliciana Parish. We understand the challenges families face and strive to offer practical help including emergency food support and aid with rent and utilities to ensure that no one goes hungry or struggles to keep a roof over their head. While our primary services are concentrated in this parish, we also extend limited assistance to surrounding areas, welcoming all in need to reach out to their local office for support.
