Cajun Area Agency on Aging Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Eunice, LA, and the surrounding eight parishes including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. We offer essential services tailored to meet the unique needs of the elderly, including congregate and home-delivered meals that ensure nutritional balance, elderly protective services, and homemaker assistance for light housekeeping. Our in-home respite service provides caregivers much-needed relief, while our legal assistance program offers expert legal advice and representation. We advocate for the rights and care of residents in long-term care facilities through our Ombudsman services, encourage social interaction with recreational activities, and provide wellness programs focused on mental and physical health. Our transportation services help seniors access community centers, medical appointments, and social services. We are here to offer comfort and companionship through our visiting and telephoning services, ensuring that every senior feels valued and connected.
