Cajun Area Agency on Aging Inc. is dedicated to serving the elderly population in Duson, LA, and the surrounding eight parishes, including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by offering vital services such as congregate meals and home delivered meals, ensuring they receive nutritious food whether at community centers or in their homes. We provide essential support through elderly protective services, legal assistance, and in-home respite care to relieve caregivers. Our commitment extends to fostering social engagement through recreational activities and consistent visitation programs that promote companionship. We also assist seniors with transportation for medical appointments and social service needs.
