EarlySteps proudly serves families in Duson, LA, providing vital support to infants and toddlers up to three years old who may face developmental delays due to medical conditions. Our mission is to enhance the development of children experiencing difficulties in areas such as cognitive, motor, vision, hearing, communication, social-emotional, or adaptive skills. We believe in fostering growth in a familiar and nurturing environment, offering services directly within the home, childcare, or other community settings typical for young children. Our comprehensive range of services includes assistive technology, occupational and physical therapy, speech-language pathology, nutritional support, and more, all designed to empower families in promoting their child's development. Referrals can be made by anyone and are facilitated through First Steps Referral and Consulting, ensuring families receive the assistance they need in a timely manner, backed by Federal and State Medicaid funding.
