Family Support in Donaldsonville, LA, is dedicated to providing compassionate assistance to individuals affected by Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our mission is to empower families with accurate information and tailored support right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a variety of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, our team guides families through the complex processes of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). We invite families to connect with us through our local chapter for support and resources, as well as to join our Facebook Support Groups for community interaction.
