EF&S Program

The EF&S Program, a dedicated initiative by the Quad-Area Community Action Agency, strives to support eligible families in Donaldsonville, LA, and the surrounding West Feliciana Parish by offering essential food assistance, emergency housing support, and utility payment help. Our mission is to alleviate the burden of financial hardships by providing practical resources for those in need. In addition to our primary services, we do offer limited assistance in other parishes, ensuring that families can find the support they require.
