Our mission is to build trusting relationships with our patients, offering personalized health services for individuals of all ages—from newborns to seniors. We provide essential health services, including family planning, immunizations, high-risk nutrition, and referrals to additional health services, all tailored to meet the specific needs of our community. Through our WIC program, we empower low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, by supplying nutritious supplemental foods and valuable nutrition education.
