Financial Assistance

Operation Family Fund is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to service members and their families in Destrehan, LA, through grants that address basic needs such as medical care and housing. Our mission is to support those who have bravely served our country by offering financial relief during challenging times. Eligibility for grants requires verification of service-connected disability ratings from a case manager, social worker, or doctor, with a limit of two grants per family every six months. Although our commitment to aiding families remains strong, we are currently experiencing an influx of requests for assistance and are unable to accept new applications due to funding constraints. We encourage community support to help us restore our ability to serve those in need, and we remain hopeful for future opportunities to assist more families.
