Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

Located in Cut Off, LA, CORE is dedicated to providing critical financial assistance for families working in the restaurant industry who are facing hardships due to illness or medical emergencies. We understand the unique challenges that restaurant employees encounter, and our mission is to alleviate some of the stress through essential support. Our program offers funding for vital expenses such as rent or mortgage payments, utility bills, medical supplies, therapy, and even childcare costs. We also assist with costs related to funerals and travel for medical appointments to ensure families can focus on healing and caring for their loved ones. While we invite former CORE grant recipients to reapply after 12 months, it's important to note that all support is capped at a lifetime total of $7,500 to ensure we can help as many families as possible. At CORE, we are committed to standing by restaurant employees in their time of need, providing compassionate and practical support when it's most needed.
