Diabetes HELP, located in Coushatta, LA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Louisiana Medicaid recipients living with diabetes. Our program offers comprehensive diabetes self-management education, empowering participants through small group sessions focused on essential skills, coping strategies, nutrition, physical activity, and medication management.
