Cajun Area Agency on Aging Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Church Point, LA, and the surrounding eight parishes: Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. Our comprehensive services include nutritious congregate and home-delivered meals for homebound and frail elderly individuals, ensuring they receive the nourishment they need. We also offer support through elderly protective services, in-home respite care for caregivers, and legal assistance for those navigating complex situations. Our focus extends to promoting social well-being through recreational activities, visiting programs, and wellness services designed to improve physical and mental health. Transportation services facilitate access to senior centers and medical appointments, while our telephoning initiative provides regular check-ins to ensure the well-being of our older population.
