PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund

The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Chalmette, LA, is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for travel. We understand the challenges of seeking specialized care, which is why we offer up to $800 per patient each year to cover travel costs associated with visiting a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. Our program assists with a variety of expenses, including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits and necessary tests not covered by insurance. We also recognize the importance of support, allowing grantees to bring one companion to ensure that patients do not journey alone on their path to better health.
