Located in Chalmette, LA, Health Services & Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is dedicated to fostering strong, trust-based relationships with our patients through accessible and compassionate health care. We serve individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors, by offering a comprehensive range of services including family planning, high-risk nutrition, pregnancy tests, immunizations, and more. In addition to essential health services, our WIC program is committed to promoting healthy eating and nutrition among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Through WIC, we provide supplemental nutritious foods, vital nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to additional health resources, ensuring families receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive.
