Financial Assistance Funds

Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting families in Broussard, LA, who have children with special health care needs by offering critical financial assistance. Our program provides funding for a variety of essential expenses, including medical costs like prescriptions and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses such as home and vehicle modifications, and daily living costs including food and utilities. We also help cover healthcare utilization costs, which can include travel and lodging expenses related to medical care. Each qualified family can receive grants of up to $500 per year to help alleviate the financial burden associated with caring for a child with special health challenges. We carefully review requests in the order they are received, aiming to ensure that every family receives timely support; however, please allow at least 15 business days for request processing. Our mission is to ease the journey for families and ensure that children get the care and support they need.
