Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Breaux Bridge, LA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutrition while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With four meal support sessions offered daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can attend at their convenience, ensuring flexibility that fits their schedules. Our practitioners, who are progressing toward their CNS certification, are here to help foster connection and healing during the recovery journey.
