At Cajun Area Agency on Aging Inc., we are dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in Breaux Bridge, LA, and the surrounding eight-parish area, including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. Our mission is to support elderly individuals through a comprehensive range of essential services designed to meet their unique needs. We offer congregate and home-delivered meals to ensure access to nutritious food, as well as homemaker assistance and in-home respite to provide vital support for both seniors and their caregivers. Our programs include legal assistance to help navigate rights and benefits, and an ombudsman service to advocate for quality care in long-term facilities. We also prioritize social engagement through recreational activities, transportation to appointments and community centers, wellness programs, and regular wellness checks via telephone. With a focus on compassion and empowerment, we strive to promote the health, dignity, and well-being of our aging population.
