In the heart of Breaux Bridge, LA, AcadianaCares is dedicated to uplifting the most vulnerable members of our community by providing essential support and services. We specialize in addressing the challenges posed by HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, poverty, and homelessness, guiding our clients toward healthier lives through comprehensive care. Our campus features a range of onsite programs, including substance abuse treatment, housing resources, and individualized case management, while also connecting individuals to vital financial, medical, and social services. Recognizing the critical importance of nutrition, particularly for those impacted by these challenges, we have partnered with Second Harvest to maintain an onsite food bank, which serves as a crucial component of our food assistance efforts. We invite current clients to reach out to their case managers for access to the food bank, while others interested in our services are encouraged to inquire for more information on how we can help.
