Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Bossier City, LA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to fostering healthy habits among low-income pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and children from birth to five years. We focus on providing essential food assistance through nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and comprehensive breastfeeding support. Additionally, WIC offers vital referrals for health care to ensure families receive the resources they need for a bright, healthy future. Our mission is to uplift and empower those in our community, making a positive impact on the wellbeing of mothers and their children.
