Diabetes & Nutrition Center

Located in Bossier City, LA, the Diabetes & Nutrition Center is a pioneering program recognized by the American Diabetes Association for diabetes self-management education in the Shreveport-Bossier metropolitan area. Our dedicated team of Certified Diabetes Educators offers comprehensive diabetes education, empowering patients to actively manage their health. We specialize in a variety of services including insulin pump training, gestational diabetes management, and intensive insulin therapy. Additionally, our registered dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy to support lifestyle management aimed at weight control and reducing the risk of chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease and hypertension. To access our diabetes self-management training, a physician referral is required. We are committed to enhancing the well-being of our community through education and support.
