Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Baton Rouge, LA, is dedicated to fostering the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with their infants and children up to five years old. Our program empowers families by providing access to nutrient-rich supplemental foods essential for growth and development, comprehensive nutrition education aimed at enhancing dietary and health practices, and vital support for breastfeeding. We also connect families to additional health services to ensure that every child and parent can thrive.
