With a referral from your physician, participants receive an initial assessment that informs an educational plan designed to enhance understanding and promote effective diabetes management, including insulin pump training when necessary. Our registered dietitians provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to address various health concerns such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weight management. In addition to our one-on-one services, we offer a supportive Diabetes Education and Awareness Group, where individuals and their families can explore the emotional and physical challenges of living with diabetes in a welcoming environment.
