Arbor Family Health is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of students in Baker, LA, and surrounding areas by providing accessible school-based health care. Our comprehensive services include physical exams, sick visits, sports physicals, immunizations, developmental screenings, and mental health counseling, alongside nutrition counseling and chronic disease management. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we prioritize affordability and community health by accepting Medicare and Medicaid, and offering sliding scale fees for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
