Cajun Area Agency on Aging Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the elderly in Arnaudville, LA, and the surrounding eight parishes, including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. Our mission is to offer comprehensive support through vital services such as nutritionally balanced congregate and home-delivered meals for homebound individuals, assistance with homemaking tasks, and in-home respite for caregivers needing a break. We provide legal assistance to help navigate complex issues, act as advocates through our Ombudsman program to ensure the rights of long-term care residents, and foster social connections with recreational activities. Additionally, we offer transportation to senior centers and medical appointments, friendly telephone check-ins, and in-home visits for companionship and encouragement. Our wellness services focus on maintaining both physical and mental health, ensuring that seniors receive the care, support, and respect they deserve.
