Located in Amite, LA, Diabetes Education is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with diabetes through quality education and support. We align our programs with the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education, providing essential health and nutrition education that empowers participants to take charge of their health journey. To facilitate a productive experience, we ask attendees to bring essential items like a Louisiana Driver’s License or ID, Social Security Card, insurance card(s), and current medications to their appointments. Our mission is not just to educate but to help each individual navigate their diabetes with confidence and clarity.
