Financial Assistance

Operation Family Fund, located in Alexandria, LA, is dedicated to providing critical financial assistance to eligible service members and their families through grants aimed at addressing essential needs such as medical care, home purchases, and other basic necessities. Our mission is to support those who have served by ensuring they have access to the resources they desperately need. While our program is currently facing a high demand for assistance and is temporarily unable to accept applications for our waiting list due to insufficient funding, we remain committed to fulfilling our promise of support when resources allow. To be eligible for grants, applicants must have their service-connected disability rating verified by a case manager, social worker, or doctor, and families may seek up to two grants with at least six months between applications. Together, we strive to uplift the lives of our local heroes and their loved ones in times of need.
