Patches of Light is dedicated to supporting families with children facing catastrophic health challenges and significant financial hardship in Wichita, KS. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens these families encounter by offering vital financial assistance for utilities, housing, gas, and grocery expenses. Applications for assistance are carefully processed over a 2-3 week period and must be submitted through hospital staff involved with the family to ensure privacy and authenticity. We understand the sensitive nature of these situations; therefore, direct communication with applicants or family members during the application process is not permitted.
