The Outreach Center in Tonganoxie, KS, is dedicated to serving veterans in the Kansas City metro area with a comprehensive suite of supportive services designed to enhance their well-being. We offer critical food assistance through our food and hygiene kits, as well as free transit options with the RideKC Veterans Pass, ensuring veterans can access the resources they need. Veterans can also receive personalized support with our appointment-based services, which include rent and utility assistance, employment support, counseling referrals, housing referrals, case management, and dental care. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment where every veteran can find the assistance necessary for a successful transition and improved quality of life.
