In Home Care

In Home Care, part of the Johnson County Department of Human Services, is dedicated to supporting older adults in Spring Hill, KS, who wish to live independently with dignity. Our comprehensive in-home support services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients and include personal care, case management, chore assistance, and counseling. We also offer homemaker services, nutritious home-delivered meals, medication management, and respite care for caregivers. Our fee structure is flexible, with many options available on a sliding scale or donation basis, and the initial assessment comes at no cost.
