Student Basic Needs Center - Cav Cupboard

The Student Basic Needs Center - Cav Cupboard, located in Shawnee, KS, is dedicated to supporting currently enrolled JCCC students and their families by providing essential food assistance and vital supplies during challenging times. Our mission is to ensure that students have access to supplemental food, school supplies, and personal hygiene products, enabling them to focus on their education without the burden of unmet basic needs. Students can visit the Cav Cupboard twice a week, where they may select up to 5 protein items and 8 hygiene items, along with an assortment of school supplies to enhance their learning experience. To prioritize health and safety, we currently offer services by appointment only, encouraging students to reach out to us for assistance in navigating these trying times while continuing their studies with confidence.
