At the Veterans Outreach Center in Shawnee, KS, we are dedicated to providing essential support and services to veterans in the Kansas City metro area. Our mission is to ensure that those who served our country have access to food assistance, hygiene kits, and vital resources to enhance their quality of life. We understand the challenges veterans face, which is why we offer a comprehensive range of services by appointment, including rent and utility assistance, employment support, and housing referrals. We also provide access to critical documentation services, counseling referrals, and case management to help veterans navigate their needs effectively. Additionally, we offer free transit with RideKC Veterans Pass, available exclusively at our Outreach Center, making it easier for veterans to access essential services. We are here to empower our veterans and ensure they receive the care and support they deserve.
