Food and Hygiene

In Russell, KS, Catholic Charities' Food and Hygiene program is dedicated to providing vital food assistance and hygiene supplies to individuals and families facing homelessness and economic challenges. We understand that during difficult times, accessing essential nourishment and care items can be a struggle. Our program is designed to support community members with nonperishable food boxes available monthly for those who meet our income guidelines, with additional distribution points in Salina, Hays, and Manhattan. Our clients can also receive a hygiene bag every two months, which includes important items like toilet paper and laundry detergent. We are here to ensure that you are not alone in your time of need and to make sure that everyone has access to basic necessities.
