Clothing Vouchers

Clothing Vouchers, part of Catholic Charities in Russell, KS, warmly supports individuals and families in need by providing clothing assistance through partnerships with local thrift stores. Our program is designed for those who meet specific income guidelines, ensuring that help reaches those who need it most. Eligible participants can receive clothing vouchers allowing for essential attire—two tops and two bottoms per household member in Salina, and free shoes or clothing valued up to $25 in Manhattan and Hays. Our vouchers are available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a limit of four vouchers per household each month, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability by ensuring unused vouchers do not carry over.
