Located in Prairie Village, KS, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia who face unique challenges in their daily lives. Our mission is to provide essential resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, ensuring that everyone has access to the specialized support they need for improved nutrition and enhanced quality of life.
