Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

In Paola, Kansas, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC provides essential nutrition education, delivers supplemental foods to promote healthy growth, offers breastfeeding promotion and support, and facilitates referrals for healthcare services. Our mission is to empower families with the knowledge and resources they need to foster healthy lifestyles, ensuring that every child has a strong start in life.
