Health and Wellness Coaching

At Stand Beside Them in Neodesha, KS, our Health and Wellness Coaching program offers veterans a compassionate and solution-driven approach to tackle both external and internal challenges. Our dedicated coaches work closely with clients to foster positive change across a variety of essential topics, including nutrition, weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. We understand that transportation or distance can be barriers to receiving support, which is why our coaching is accessible via Skype or telephone, ensuring that every veteran has the opportunity to focus on their health and wellness with the understanding and care they deserve.
