Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Mulvane, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutritional well-being of low-income women, infants, and children under five years old. Our mission is to empower families through vital nutrition education, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to improve their eating habits and overall health. WIC provides supplemental food benefits that enable participants to purchase nutritious foods essential for good health. We also offer referrals to community services and health agencies for additional support, along with free breastfeeding education and support classes to help new mothers. To get started with our program, prospective clients are encouraged to contact the WIC Call Center to schedule a health exam. In response to COVID-19, all appointments are currently conducted by phone to prioritize health and safety.
