Home Health Services

Home Health Services, provided by the Visiting Nurses Association, is dedicated to supporting residents of Mission, Kansas, and the greater Kansas City area as they recover from injury, chronic illness, or surgery in the comfort of their own homes. Our comprehensive care includes skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, advanced illness management, IV therapy, wound care, and telehealth monitoring, along with essential services like mental health support, nutritional guidance, and medical social work. We also offer compassionate home health aides to assist with daily activities. For access to these vital services, please ensure your physician has ordered home health care. We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, to make our services accessible to those in need.
