Kansas SNAP-Ed is dedicated to empowering low-income residents of Manhattan, KS, to make healthier lifestyle choices through comprehensive nutrition and physical activity education. Our mission is to assist SNAP beneficiaries in fostering positive dietary changes, increasing their consumption of fruits and vegetables, and enhancing their physical activity levels, all while maximizing their food dollars. By collaborating with local and statewide partners, we work to shape policies and create environments that promote healthy behaviors.
